The RangerGrip series, meticulously crafted for skilled professionals and rigorously tested, offers a more robust array of tools for larger jobs. The two-component handles are ergonomic, providing superior grip, and the one-hand blade can be opened with a simple flick of the thumb, locking securely into place during use. Durable enough to last a lifetime and backed by a guarantee, this knife can be relied upon for years to come.

Featuring elements such as a can opener, Phillips screwdriver, and a 4.2-inch wood saw, the RangerGrip ensures you always have the right tool for the job at hand. Like all Swiss Army Knives, it boasts a lifetime warranty, stainless steel implements, and the renowned Swiss-made quality and durability.

The history of the Swiss Army Knife can be traced back to 1884, when Master Cutler Karl Elsener opened a cutlery shop in Ibach, Switzerland. There, Elsener and the cutlers' union he formed produced the finest steel cutlery, finished with the now-famous proprietary edge preferred globally by professional and home cooks. In 1891, Karl supplied the Swiss Army with its standard issue Soldier's Knife, and in 1897, with the Officer's Knife. In 1921, after the death of his mother, Victoria, and with the advent of stainless steel, then known as "inoxydable," Karl changed the company's name to Victorinox.

Today, Victorinox is still owned and operated by the Elsener family, with both the company and family residing in the small village of Ibach, Switzerland. To maintain the quality and performance of Swiss Army Knives, it is recommended to sharpen the blades using a whetstone at an angle of 15°–20°, resulting in a cutting angle of 30°–40°. After use, open and close the blades in warm water to keep them moving freely, and apply a small drop of oil between the blade or tool shank and the spring. Additionally, a periodic application of the recommended Swiss Army Knife Oil will help maintain the locking mechanism.

The RangerGrip series exemplifies the enduring legacy of Swiss craftsmanship and innovation. Compact, agile, and ready to face any adventure, these knives are built to last, with a lifetime guarantee against defects in material and workmanship. Whether tackling daily tasks or facing unexpected challenges, the RangerGrip is a trusted companion that delivers the right tool for the job, time and time again.
